Slept In





I was out very late last night at a intimate concert given by a local piano player. I spent the evening dancing, laughing and drinking. It was a fun night. I went over my calorie count a bit (needed a cheeseburger on the way home) but not disappointed. Today was quite different. Slept late - glorious. Took a hot shower, had late breakfast then off to the mall for a couple hours of walking and shopping. Nice day of recuperation.  Came in well under goal - very pleased.

Today was a good day. The weather was wonderful. I got a lot accomplished. It was another good calorie day - I'm always happy when I can say that. I came in under goal again. Yay! I went out last night for drinks with friends. It was a great evening of live music, laughter and good conversation. Well, I'm tired, getting ready for bed.

Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs











Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs!

Today was a nice day – overcast and breezy. I left work early because of an appt. and managed to squeeze in a foot massage – very good idea I had. And I’m back to loving my foot massage place. A few years ago they were small and intimate, quiet and relaxing. It was always a pleasure to go there. Then they grew and it became noisy, bright and distracting so I stopped going. Now they are back to being the small intimate place they use to be – and all things are right in the universe again.  

Okay, it was another good calorie day. I came in under goal again – yay! My daily caloric average is right on target. No more changes until I have weigh-in results.
