Monster Mash














So today was Halloween – fun day all around. At work there was the annual parade and luncheon. At home there was a parade of trick or treaters (still going strong).

I didn’t go balistic with food – but I ate some crap and I’m not happy about that. I’ll spend the next couple days cleansing… Meanwhile…

The Day Before



So tomorrow is Halloween. What a busy day it will be. For work - it's the month end, and we're a stickler for month-end. We also have the annual Halloween Parade and luncheon and this is no joke. It's a bash of bashes. Everyone from the top to the bottom comes decked out in costume (I wear a hat)! But you gotta wear something. Most people come in full costume (and spare no expense). Its a spectacle. Its a fun but super busy day. Here it comes. Meanwhile...

On Track



What a crazy day. Busy at work – busy helping my BFF deal with her car. She was in an accident on Sunday and had bad damage to the back of her vehicle. The collision place came and towed it today but when I took her to the car rental place they only had a keyless vehicle. She is old school and wants a key car so this particular location only has keyless cars… So now she has to wait until tomorrow to get a rental. A pain.

As for me, a low calorie day (the add’l 200 calories were from doritos yesterday). Overall I’m doing okay considering it’s the busiest eating quarter of the year. My daily average is just over 1750 which is fine. I don’t like to make predictions but I’m on track and right where I need to be. Meanwhile…
