So I made homemade potato salad yesterday for the first time and it was delicious (if I do say so myself). Actually I had company and it got raves so yay! Another Paleo side dish to add to my repertoire. This weekend I'm going to have Paleo Coffee Cake with a crunchy gooey delicious topping. It sounds great - I'll keep you posted!!
