I had a very nice weekend. Calorie counts are good - could be a little lower but overall I'm pleased. When I go for weigh-in in 18 days it will be with a full month of Paleo living - so I'll have to see what the scale says. I have a scale at home (analog) but I'm not convinced of its accuracy. Digital is always better. Meanwhile...
