Thursday, 6/18 Tracker





  
I can honestly say that I haven't had a bad day since beginning Paleo 11 days ago. I feel great - my calories are consistently under 2000 (well under) whereas last month they were well over. And did I say I feel great! Seriously, I cannot remember ever feeling this good. I'm getting compliments on my skin! It’s really wonderful and it’s just getting started. According to experts, because I am considerably overweight I have a lot of 'toxins' stored in me. They say our fat, muscles and even organs can store toxins for long periods of time. It can take months of clean living and weight loss to rid the body of all stored toxins so I am truly looking forward to that happening. In the meantime....
