Thursday, 6/25 Tracker







My average daily calories are running higher than i anticipated. The reason is trail mix. Very high calories. I'm going to have to restrict my trail mix to salads only - no more snacks. I'll have fruit for snacks. That will help drive calories to normal again. I really want to enjoy all the benefits of paleo including fat melting away - which means nuts in salad only!!! Meanwhile....
