Typical Busy Monday. I had my
breakfast at home today and took my Ninja Nutra-Blast smoothie to-go.
It’s been about a week of 2 Ninja blasts per day and I can honestly say I’m
starting to notice some small, positive changes. First, increased energy levels,
which I don’t really have a problem with so maybe too much energy? Is that
possible at 51?
Meanwhile my digestive system seems more finely tuned and productive than
usual which includes nutrient absorption. My finger nails for instance that have had
vertical ridges for quite some time appear to be smoother than usual. Hopefully that trend will continue. I’m waiting to
see if my hair and skin will start showing signs of improved appearance – that’s
also supposed to be a benefit of productive nutrition. We shall see. Believe me I'll let you know! Meanwhile…
P.S. Getting ready to sit down to see Public Enemy - the 1931 James Cagney, Jean Harlow movie. Haven't seen this in so long. Last night I watched Little Cesar with Edward G. Robinson. I just love the old gangster movies on TCM. Do you ever feel like a Public Enemy? If anyone has ever made you feel that way - then you should rejoice and watch the movie. Happiness is always the best response to haters!
