Another Cold One






Another bitter cold day for Long Island. Calories just under 1800. I'm running a little high with my average - I'm hovering around 1800. That's okay, I've got a lot more movement and I already have a strategy to help that will go into effect sometime over the next 3-4 days. Meanwhile...
