The Year of the Cleanse







As you know I lowered my daily calorie goal to 1700 for this new month and I’m happy to say that I'm slightly below that for my average which is great. It’s nice to be back on track. I had a smoothie and apple/PB for breakfast – lighter than usual. I plan on doing the same tomorrow. Adding the apple & PB allowed me to accomplish the partial cleansing today (last week I did the cleansing but early-afternoon I started hitting the food pretty hard and sort of wiped out the good morning results. The only thing I forgot was the protein powder in the smoothie so I'll add that tomorrow and skip the Peanut Butter w/the apple. I'll see how that works. It might allow me to do 2 meals next weekend. That would be great. Technically, this is the year of the cleanse. So exciting. Meanwhile...
