Spent part of today with friends at a Memorial
Party. Lots of fun and laughter. Kept better control of calories today. Ended with
1855, I’m pleased with that. Tomorrow all returns to normal. I’ll get lots of
exercise in and load up on vegetables and fruits starting at breakfast!
