Christmas Dinner |
I had a wonderful day - but of course I had lots of calories. I had a smoothie and 1c raisin bran for breakfast. An apple for mid morning snack. Leftover sirloin for lunch with 2 small potato rolls. Then 6 sugar cookies for mid afternoon snack. Then Christmas dinner, spiral glazed ham, stuffing, cranberry sauce, green beans, and white wine. Then 2 scoops of breyers for dessert. I'm ending the day with 4000 calories again - i'm estimating and I'm sure i'm a little high, but that's okay. I only have two more holiday gatherings then its finished! The holiday season is officially over! Can't wait!
