Today was a weird day. I started early because we're super busy but had to leave for a wake in Westbury at 11am. That was very solemn but I'm glad I went. But afterwards was the Corporate Christmas meeting / entertainment and Luncheon which was the exact opposite. The food was mostly Italian, which everyone should know by now is my favorite. I had one plate of food with several small portions so I'm really hoping that my calorie estimations are a little exaggerated, but for all I know I didn't put down enough! Its hard to know when eating restaurant food because I don't know how much butter, oil, cream etc. was used in the prep. But I landed on 1640 for lunch and I'm okay with that. The total for the day is 2050. I can live with that.
