The Preview







The holidays this year were wonderful. From Halloween through Christmas. I spent a lot of time with friends laughing, watching movies, listening to music, playing games, making new memories and reminiscing old ones and of course eating, lots and lots of eating. In fact, this was the most eating-est time of the entire year – which has taken a toll on the Healthy Evolution.  But in looking for the silver lining, which I must, I gave find myself walking away having learned a lot of valuable lessons that I take with me into the New Year. And as a result I feel better equipped to strategize for holiday season 2015. I consider this holiday season a “Preview” that will I hope will allow me to make some wise decisions in the future. I won’t soon forget the challenges I faced, but just to be sure, I will jot down some notes to review before next season begins! Meanwhile…
