Sunday, 4/19 Tracker



Sunday was a good food and exercise day. My pedometer didn't accurately record steps so I made assumptions - I walked 30 minutes at the gym on a .5 incline. I also did back exercise and leg lifts. It was a good workout and overall a good day.
