Tuesday, 4/21 Tracker






Tuesday was a good day - I did a lot of walking. I also tried a new vegetarian pizza for dinner last night - it's the Kashi's 3 mushrooms (portabella, shitake and something else) and spinach with cheese, a tasty red pizza sauce on a thin crust. It was so good that I'll have it again Wednesday night! It also has a nice amount of protein - 1 serving is 14g! nice.  Tonight I head to the gym for a nice workout. Meanwhile...
