Thursday, 4/16 Tracker




So Thursday was Snack Free Day - but I'm also making Friday Snack Free (I may have one...) but the reason is Saturday family is coming for a visit and so I want to preserve snack day for that. Meanwhile I had a good calorie and step day. I end the day with a net calorie total of 1598 - that is definitely lower than I want to be - but trust me, that is not the norm. Meanwhile...
