Eat Healthy






A beautiful day today - cold but sunny. Had a good walk at the mall. Enjoyed a nice seafood meal. I'm monitoring my calories vs. steps walked to insure that i'm below average. The more movement i have the more calories i need. My only issue is calorie type - I'm trying to keep those calories healthy. Meanwhile...

Exhiliration!!!




Today is my 400th blog posting of the journey - yay! I can't believe how many postings and how many days have gone by since this started. Its more exhilarating today than 400 days ago. My weight loss is humming along - I'm chipping away little by little which is exactly my intention. Every expert agrees that slow and steady wins the race especially where weight loss is concerned. So here I am 400 days later and still going strong. It's going to be another successful "Healthy" year. Meanwhile...

So Far So Good




So, I'm a little high on calories for the month - but thankfully I still have a few days until next weigh in so I'm confident I will get that number down some. I've also been doing a lot of walking which impacts both calories as well as metabolism (the latter may be more so). I'm pleased overall. Meanwhile...
