400


License Plate


So today is Day 400 of my Healthy Evolution. It’s a milestone that I’m very proud of. There have been so many changes in my life since day 1. I’m exercising more, I drink lots of water and consume at least 7 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Monumental changes that are having a profound impact on my health, weight loss, digestion and circulation. I’m now even starting to meditate and do deep breathing exercises. According to experts, this practice helps promote clarity, focus, lowers stress levels, helps the brain to function better, as well as a variety of other internal processes. I’m very pleased with my progress, but as my best friend pointed out, this is a lifetime journey – without end. So thank you for your support – I hope it’s been a little inspirational. Meanwhile…
