Schedules



So one more day until weigh-in. I've been going over in my mind the new goals for the next month. All the things that I have in mind to do. I'm a big proponent of schedules and mapping things out on a time table. I see the entire calendar year before me and try to map out a strategy (that of course changes as each month approaches) but it keeps me on the right path - focused as it were. Meanwhile...
