I slept till 9:30am – woke up refreshed and well rested.
Hot shower, light breakfast.
Hit the newspapers and outside for some writing. Next thing you know it’s 1pm and time
for some lunch- then a 2 hour power nap on the couch with cool breezes flowing through. The weather today was gorgeous – no joke, just perfection. Went for a walk in the park then made a pot of homemade organic meat sauce (the aroma of sauteed fresh organic garlic still lingering - yumkins). Kept the calories low all day in anticipation of pasta dinner. Obviously I let slide paleo dinner today for this special occasion.
As a result of tight calorie control I came in just under goal (I may have exaggerated dinner calories slightly but I don’t think by much). I had angel hair pasta which is deceptively filling. The sauce was spectacular if I do say so myself. Lol.
