I've been recording steps on the tracker since January 30th. This is so amazing to me - that it's been 5 weeks of increased walking and movement. It made a huge difference to last months weight loss and I expect the same this month. I've definitely eaten more calories this month - but I've also done considerably  more exercise. As for all the added calories, I'm making a very big change to tracker starting yesterday. Dinners from now on will be breakfast. Let me explain. I decided that going forward I will have cereal or toast for dinner everyday. Sort of how I have the same breakfast daily, now i'll have the same dinner everyday. The only meal that will contain meet (sometimes) and change from time to time will be lunch. This will help in a few different ways including added vegan meals and cutting out calories. I think I'll start to see a calorie drop pretty fast. Let's see at the end of this week if I've accomplished what I have in mind to. Everyone knows me well enough to know that when one thing doesn't work I move on to the next until I hit what works. I think this is it. But we'll check back on Friday! Meanwhile:
