Thursday, 3/26/15 Tracker





So I have it from a reliable source that my excessive calorie situation will be turning around in the very near future - and so that's exciting. But meanwhile I have some interesting and happy news to report. I did a quick check of the first 8 days of 'steps' for this month compared to last month and here's the results:

First 8 days of last month: 25,574 steps
First 8 days of this month: 39,778 steps

I am 14,204 steps ahead of last month (or 7 miles!)

That is so encouraging - I just love to see progress!
