I might have overstated my dinner calories but if that' so it wouldn't be by much. I just love my tuna casserole - hard to resist a 2nd helping! But I'm pleased with my month so far (7 days in). I'm still getting used to breakfast for dinner and dinner for lunch - but I think it will become habitual before too long (except when it comes to really great dinners in which case I can't wait!)
