Doin' It My Way


I've been Doin this My Way for quite some time now - and It's oh so liberating. I've had so many people ask me my secret - I think you just have to find what works for you and run with it. Once you find it - you're in the very best place - it's pure freedom.

That said, I came in a little under calorie goal - its been a while since I've done that.

Something else I've noticed is how every month is a little different. Some months I have a big appetite and some I don't. Some months I crave carbs and some I don't. Same with meats. But I've noticed that I feel better overall when I have a lot of fruits and vegetables. There's only been one day since I started smoothies that I couldn't have one (AM or PM) and I really felt the difference. By the following day I was actually craving nutrition. Nothing you set in front of me would have mattered except vegetables. I have never in my life felt that way. Oh what a feeling! Once you gain total control and know it - it's life changing. Meanwhile...
