So my daily average calories drops again to 1985! Very happy. I'm still 125 calories above where I was this time in March but I'm heading in the right direction - down. It's tough not snacking and not eating anything I want - but if I'm going to lose the weight that's how its got to be. It's all about healthy eating... Today will be better than yesterday.
