So another good calorie day - I finish the month with a daily average of 2113 compared to last month when I was 1795 - a difference of 317 - or put another way - 2.5lbs more. However, my walking was also increased by over 10% which will chew up some of the 2.5lbs - I'll be happy if it chews up just .5lbs - and leaves me with a 6lb weight loss - that would be ideal - but we shall see at today's weigh-in which is later today. Meanwhile...
