My daily average for this month is currently 1744 which is perfect since my daily goal is 1750. I'm happy with how the month is going so far. I've increased my daily exercise, I'm doing 1/2 hour of walking every day so far and I'm also doing some strength training (at home). Not a lot, about 10 minutes worth a day - but that will increase slowly over time. I'm not in a rush - this year is all about 'baby steps' for my exercise program. The plan is simply to keep myself moving forward - always forward. I'm so excited about this year - so many good things on the horizon. Meanwhile...
