Yummy diner hash browns (I didn't have this much) |
I went out for lunch with a colleague to a local diner (as I do periodically) and of course went a little overboard with calories. My biggest mistake was asking for the hash browns. I don't usually do that. But I felt like potatoes and so viola' - an extra 400 calories - I would have had a 1500 cal day without them. But alas, I never walk in regret. I enjoyed my day immensely and wouldn't change a thing. Meanwhile...
