A Small Gain


So my calories were much higher this past month as I adjust to being vegetarian. I’ve substituted meat with lots of carbohydrates and as a result gained 4lbs! So that said, I will make the necessary adjustments over the next 4 weeks and expect to be back in the weight loss column next weigh-in! Meanwhile…

      All Meals – vegetarian (lighten up on the carbs)!
      Snack Free Day – every other day

      [Stretching] – 3x per week – full body. 10 minutes minimum
      Exercise
: Walking – Daily – recording steps on tracker
      Exercise: Strength Training 3x per week @ gym
      Vegetarian: No Meat, limited milk (using almond and powder non-dairy)
      Gluten: Remove all gluten bread and pasta
