So my calories were much higher this past
month as I adjust to being vegetarian. I’ve substituted meat with lots of
carbohydrates and as a result gained 4lbs! So that said, I will make the
necessary adjustments over the next 4 weeks and expect to be back in the weight
loss column next weigh-in! Meanwhile…
