So what a great Thursday - first it was a Snack Free Day - second my actual calories dropped another 8! Also, I walked a lot - 6531 steps for the day. It's the 2nd highest step day for the month so far! I will be in the gym tomorrow so that'll be another good step / calorie day. I can't go Sunday because I'm attending a tulip festival and according to the weather man the day is suppose to be spectacular full of sunshine and warm temps! Meanwhile...
