Wednesday, 5/27 Tracker


Having excellent balance as we get older is essential for good quality of life.



Another good calorie day - I ended the day with 1635. So I did a comparison with my daily average from last month (same 15 days) and I'm doing better - last month it was 2072 this month I'm at 2034. I still want to drive this below 1900 - if I continue with the 400s I'll do just that.

I have an appointment at the gym with a trainer to talk about balance exercises. I'll do a lot of walking so that will help. Meanwhile...
