Thursday, 5/14 Tracker




I'm very proud of myself for yesterday. My company had a big luncheon with a wonderful menu full of things like chicken and eggplant parm, skirt steak, hero sandwiches, assorted rolls, salads, desserts. It was a belated Christmas gift from one of our vendors - and I decided to pass. I didn't eat or drink a single morsel. My daily average is 1980 and heading down fast. I want to drop and remain below 1900 for the rest of the month. That is a challenge - but I'll be there very soon. And truthfully, I have to get used to it because as the next few months go by, I'll need to tighten up my belt - both literally and figuratively. The calories must be brought down - period. This is the month that starts the trend. Very exciting. Meanwhile...
