Saturday, 4/4 Tracker







So yesterday was ‘snack day’ but I wasn’t in the mood for snacks so I decided to make today snack day instead – and I did avail myself of snacks. I had cookies and brownies. But believe me I don’t feel one bit bad about it – I actually skipped a snack day this week so the psychology of this strategy is definitely working. Tomorrow is “Snack Free Day” again so I will have fewer calories. Remember, the strategy is to reduce my snacking overall – so I’ll start with the days and then I’ll move on to the number of snacks I have on Snack Day. It’s a process but so far it’s working well so I’m very encouraged. Also, today I'm going to visit a local gym - I really want to start doing a little more exercise so hopefully I'll like it! . Meanwhile…
