Tuesday, 4/28 Tracker




So last week I had four days over 2000 calories - Saturday was over 2500! From experience I know that I need to drive this down a bit or it won't be too long before my daily average soars into the mid-2000s which I don't want.  There are 15 more days until weigh-in so I don't need any additional challenges! After 14 days my daily caloric average is 2084. After 14 days last month the daily average was 1814. So I'm consuming 270 calories more per day this month than last. That's just over 2 pounds of calories - which reduces my monthly loss from 8 to 6 pounds which would be perfect. I'm trying for 5-6 pounds so this would be great. The only thing that could further effect this is exercise. The last time I checked (4 days ago) my walking was increased 12% compared to last month. This could potentially increase weight loss by up to one pound. So, if I were to lose 7 pounds that's fine too. But experience has taught me to be very cautious, to assume that I'm not losing as much as I think and continue watching the calories - so I'm gonna to do just that. When this month is over, I would like my daily calories to be approximately 200 calories more than last month and my exercise to be approximately 10% higher. Meanwhile...
