So the
biggest thing about Thursday is the amount of walking I did! I burned more than
200 calories – doing over 7900 steps! Wow, great day. I walked a lot at work
and then I
went shopping after dinner – walked for ½ hour. Wonderful! I also joined a gym yesterday which I’m so
happy about – 2015 is all about movement and muscle tone. All good things for 2015 - lots and lots of changes on the horizon!! Meanwhile…
