4/4.... The Countdown Has Begun…

So TGIF – and truly it is because today is a ‘mental health day’. I’m going to get a cut & color. Once done, it’s time for a massage and happy hour and if possible I’ll squeeze in a stop at AT&T - it’s almost contract renewal time and I’ve been researching smart phones for the past 2 months – almost time to pull the trigger.  I love days like this – they refresh the soul.


Meanwhile back to the business at hand. Only 5 more days till weigh-in and I must tell you – it’s been a very long month (yay…).  My primary excitement revolves around the additional data that I’ll have to work with. I’ll now add a second set of results to the mix which will be so helpful. You know, at the end of the day its results that navigate the journey. Enough said (for now….) J  

It really is such an exciting process for me. As most of you know these past 3 weeks I’ve been busy adding different foods to the Tracker. I’ve reduced daily sugars and added more vegetables. I’ve changed the caloric goal and started monitoring time stamps, water intake and exercise. All in all I’m very pleased with the progress. But of course I’m never one to rest on laurels; this is a total evolution and in reality it hasn’t even been 3 months. My blog is a tiny little infant in pampers compared to most diet blogs. The journey has only just begun. Okay, time for breakfast.
