Something I like doing every once in a while is taking an on-line quiz on a topic that interests me. Of course I really like Dr. Oz so I’m a frequent visitor to his website. He has a really super IT Team, top-notch. They’ve streamlined the process of internet quizzing, making it super easy for anyone to do, no fuss no muss. You don’t have to register or give an email address / cell phone # and you don't have to wait an hour to get email results. No, they’ve made the site functional and user friendly, the way all websites should be. Kudos to Dr. Oz and his cracker jack techies.  
As you might have already guessed, today I’m highlighting a Dr. Oz quiz “The 100 Ultimate weight Loss Quiz”. This is a fun and informative exercise. I learned some things and I’m sure you will too. Good luck
