So I had a
nice walk last night – 45 minutes at a somewhat slow pace (lori speed). Tonight I
went to the gym (2nd time this week!) I'm feeling much better.
I will not be going out for dinner tomorrow night as originally posted, I had too many extra calories tonight and so that is totally out of the question.
Tonight I went out with my friend Jackie to shoot some pool, listen to some music and have some drinks. It was a nice evening. I did overdo calories which will be reflected in miscellaneous calories tomorrow. I had 2 mixed drinks with a splash of pineapple juice and seltzer (250) and afterwards I was very hungry and we stopped at a local diner where I had a cheeseburger w/mushrooms and 3 Onion Rings. I estimate that these tracker additions total approximately 1000 calories which push my day to 2763! That's alot of calories. I'll start driving the average down tomorrow!
