It's frequently said that
if you want to be successful you need to hang around successful people. I agree with that statement. So with regard to weight loss and getting healthy,
studies have shown that if you hang around people who are obese, there is a high degree of probability that you will eventually start eating the way they do. I don’t know if that holds true
for all people, but certainly if you already have an eating disorder, you should seriously consider limiting your exposure. I spend most of my time with people who care about nutrition, good health, fitness etc. Hanging
out with health conscience people just makes sense. This is my passion and journey! I work daily on developing excellent
eating and fitness habits, proper nutrition and hydration levels, adequate
sleep and energy, and lots of laughter with friends and family.
I’m 51 and I want the remaining 51 years of my life to be far greater than the
former. And truthfully it’s a real joy walking in this direction.

We must plan
for our future now. Not just financially but in every way. It’s so important that I grow older with an excellent
quality of life – I’m talking about 60, 70, 80, 90 and beyond. That's gonna take more
than just money. I for one always want to be active and have a healthy mind. I want
to be out and about with friends having fun, always able to walk, drive a car, bike,
and swim. I don’t believe in retirement either. I want to work at least part-time
until the day I die. I like keeping sharp and engaged. This kind of life won’t just
happen – not for anyone. It takes a lot of hard work and determination. But oh,
when I get to 60, 70, 80, 90+ I’m certain I’ll be very happy for all the effort
invested in myself. I’m absolutely worth it. :)
Truth is, we all are. Check out the link above. Very interesting article and study reference. Meanwhile…
