Monday, 6/29 Tracker


I feel wonderful. I'm losing weight, inches, my energy levels are high all day. I'm not constantly hungry. My inflammation levels are dropping dramatically. My skin looks great. My head is completely clear - thinking is sharp.

It makes me angry that I've eaten poisonous grains for so many years and didn't know it. But at least I know now and have removed them all. I'm actually looking forward to a long and healthy life. All thanks to Wheat Belly and Dr. William Davis. I'm so happy I simply cannot over-emphasize it. How many times through the decades have I gone on a diet and exercise program and been totally miserable. Hungry all the time - feeling deprived and tired. Basically suffering away the pounds. Too many times to count actually. But removing grain to improve my health has had so many benefits - it has given me control of my life and I wouldn't trade that for anything. Meanwhile...
