Monday, 6/8 Tracker




So Monday was the first day 'grain-free'. It was a very good day. I feel great. I wasn't hungry. I have to learn a new way to live. It's 7:30am and I'm usually eating my breakfast by now - but I had my smoothie earlier and a hard boiled egg and I'm satisfied so I'll eat later when I feel hungry. It's nice to be able to decide for myself when to eat rather than always feeling hungry. It's a nice feeling. Meanwhile...
