Okay, so my routine was a little off today so I didn’t have my morning smoothie. I didn’t have time to collect a decent lunch and so as you see I had a bag of Dorito’s and cup of coffee (yummy but defo not ideal).. And of course Chinese for dinner – not the greatest calorie wise but it happens..
I’ll spend
