The Next 27 Days…












 

So the month is off to a good start. Average calories are below goal. Here’s my ‘mini strategy’ for the next 27 days. I plan on storing up as many ‘low calorie’ days as possible – with the hope being to offset the higher calorie days. I am not stressing though, since the ultimate goal for the month is to break even rather than lose – if I happen to walk away with any weight loss at all I will consider it a banner month.  Please don’t misunderstand me, I am pressing forward with all of my healthy goals in place and as such the expected side effect should be weight loss. However, since Thanksgiving through the New Year are typically the most calorie dense weeks of the calendar year – my ultimate goal for the month again is to break even. So we shall see. Meanwhile…
