2/26... Evolutionary War ... Total Daily Calories: 2001


I’m not interested in being just another weight loss blogger. My goal is for the blog to evolve, even as I do. I want my journey to be all about a life changed. This grand adventure starts on the other side of 50, where I’m just beginning to think about how precious time is. So what I’m going to do is make weight loss an event instead of just another life experience. I’m going to celebrate all the changes big & small.  Then, I’ll share everything I learn about myself and being healthy, all the physical and emotional changes and challenges, the social implications and really anything that ripples through my life that’s worth mentioning.

That being said, it will also be about the personal science of weight loss. I’ll use available resources and information to set and accomplish goals. And finally, I’ll conduct a self-case study that will ultimately help develop the most effective strategies and results.

So, that’s my exciting plan – I hope you’ll stick around to watch it unfold.
