Upping the Vegan




You'll notice on my tracker that I'm indicated (vegan) next to any meal or snack that fits the bill. The goal is simply to have as many of these as possible. After next weigh-in I will include a running total of how many meals and snacks are vegan. I'll list how many meals / snacks there are in the month and then show how many I'm making vegan. Instead of setting a goal I'm hoping this motivational tool will be more constructive. I'll keep you posted on my Upping the Vegan. Meanwhile...
