Wednesday, 3/18 Tracker

My pancakes have coconut oil spray - not flakes...

So yesterday was a very good day. I lost 2lbs for the month - not the greatest news, but I'll take it! Meanwhile I've put some constructive changes in effect for this new month and I believe I'll start to see a drop in daily calories which is the goal. I've added some columns to the daily average (see below) that takes into account the walking I'm doing daily. It doesn't show any other exercise but that's okay. It'll all be reflected at weigh-in. Meanwhile...
