Calories In – Calories Out




What a hectic week. I just switched my gym training from Wednesday to Friday, so I can have that to look forward to.

Not much else going on today. Calories well under goal, average daily dropped below 1700, Yay.
I’m not sure in the whole scheme of things how much this retroactive calorie balancing act really matters, but psychologically it does, and so for me that’s what’s important. That’s it for today…
