The Coolest Ever


Just received a letter from my electric company to let me know my next few bills will be approximately $13 less than usual. Why you ask? Because this is one of the coolest New York summers on record and people are able to use fans instead of air conditioning. I love it! I much prefer a fan to conditioned air.

I’ve also done something new since moving into the new place – I’ve purchased 3 air purification systems – and I love them so much. They are quite powerful. Very well rated. They have permanent filters so no replacements needed (just wash and dry). They turnover all the air within the room  4 times per hour (that’s astonishing). They are whisper quiet. And now my lungs and blood feel fresh and clean. Another brick in the pathway to good health!.

Tonight was gym. Had a good workout. I also think I added 10+ walking miles to my teams totals for the week. I’m very happy about that (will confirm Monday). No way our team can overtake the German or Italian teams, they're just too far ahead. So now we do it for the health of it and of course Vitamin Angels. And that’s okay with me.  Who needs a big celebratory lunch anyway.. L lol.

Okay, the weekend is upon us. Yay. I plan on doing lots of relaxing. I'll read 2 newspapers, sit out on the balcony and do some writing. I'll exercise. set up my desk and files (a 6 hour project), I'll cook two meals for the week and of course get out and enjoy this great weather. As for today, I came in under goal. So happy. My daily average for the month is also under goal - so far so good. That’s it for now.
