The Hydration Solution






Since eliminating gum chewing and coffee my water drinking has noticably increased. When the journey started I was drinking a minimum of 4 – 8oz cups of water every day (not including coffee). I have gradually increased that over the past 6 months to the point where I now easily consume 10 - 8oz cups a day. I actually keep a bottle with me at all times. I think healthy living causes the body to crave healthier things. It makes sense. It really is an evolution.  9 more days to weigh-in #7! It’s been a long winding road, but I am so pleased with how everything is going. When I look back over the documentation from the past few months, the journal entries, trackers, blog posts, statistics, I see so many wonderful changes that have taken place – a little more each month. I look forward to the One Year Anniversary Review on February 16, 2015 where I will present the Evolutionary Tree. The tree will provide all significant journey goals and changes presented in a month-by-month format. Very exciting!  Meanwhile…
