The Pondering Stage



Tonight was the gym, I had a great workout. I was a little over calorie goal today, and the daily average not at 1700. I’m very curious to see how I did this month. It’s been an interesting month so no matter what the results, I’m still thinking about the month, reviewing the numbers and basically pondering everything that’s happened. It’s been the most unusual month for me. Calorie counts on the tracker have been pretty much on point, with a handful of exceptions, however there was more evening snacking than in the previous 2 months that are not recorded so if I'm trying to be honest, I would have to say my daily average calories for August would be closer to 1800 than 1700. Maybe a tad over 1800.

I’m not only going to have to make a decision about goals but I’ll have to make a decision on evening snacking one way or the other. Should I rearrange the day to leave room for more snacks at night, should I eliminate cereal snacking, should I eliminate cheese snacking, should I increase the daily calorie count, should I add different snacks. I’ve got lots and lots of choices, but I can’t do anything until I know the results… tomorrow. I will post results in the afternoon, but the customary weigh-in updates will post tomorrow night.
